Mark’s Modifications – Terms of Service

By purchasing or using any services or products from Mark’s Modifications, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are not permitted to use our services.
Agreement to Terms
Using our services through Discord, our website, or any related platform constitutes a binding agreement. You agree to follow these Terms as well as all applicable laws and regulations.
Commissions and Services

Commissions must be submitted through our official ticket system on Discord.

You may resell commissioned work only after prior discussion via a support ticket and written approval.

We reserve the right to include liveries in packs unless you specifically request exclusivity in your ticket.
Ticket System and Revisions

Tickets progress through stages until reaching “Awaiting Finalisation.”

You have 7 days from the time a project reaches “Awaiting Finalisation” to request revisions at no cost.

After 7 days, revisions may be subject to an additional fee, confirmed before work continues.

You are responsible for reviewing your order and requesting changes within 7 days.

Reasonable limits on revisions may be applied and will be communicated during the process.
Respectful Conduct

All communication must remain respectful and professional.

Disrespect, harassment, or offensive behavior toward developers will result in a ban.

Issues should be reported politely, and we will correct them.
Refund Policy

Our products and services are digital and non-refundable once work has commenced.

Work is considered to have started when a project involving more than one livery, vehicle, logo, patch, or EUP has been initiated.

Once a digital download has been accessed, it is no longer refundable. We track downloads on customer accounts.

Attempting to charge back after work or download has begun will result in termination of service, a permanent ban, and a report to PTD (Protect The Developers).
Payment Terms

All payments are processed through invoices via Mark’s Modifications website.

Payments must be made in GBP (£ – Great British Pound).

Payments in other currencies are automatically converted to GBP and may include small overages due to exchange rates.

Any other payment method will be declined and refunded.

PayPal is available only if specifically requested in your support ticket.
Accepted Payment Methods
American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, Shop Pay, VISA, Union Pay.
Intellectual Property and Unauthorized Use

All commissioned works remain the intellectual property of Mark’s Modifications unless agreed otherwise in writing.

You may not rip, leak, resell, or edit our products without permission.

Editing fittings or products from JA Designs is strictly forbidden.

Violations will result in a PTD (Protect The Developers) report, immediate ban, and possible legal action.
Ticket Response Time

If you do not respond to a ticket within 5 days, the ticket will be closed unless work is actively ongoing.

You may open a new ticket if you still require assistance.
Limitation of Liability

Mark’s Modifications is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

All services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee compatibility with third-party modifications, servers, or platforms.
Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

Any disputes must first be addressed through our support ticket system.

If unresolved, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of UK courts.
Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
