Refund & Chargeback Policy

Refunds for Services
Our services are exclusively digital and are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Work is considered to have begun when a project involving more than one object, livery, vehicle, logo, patch, or EUP has been initiated.

Refunds for Downloads
Once a digital product has been downloaded, it is no longer refundable.
We track and log downloads on your account. Any claim that a product was not received after download will be denied.

Revisions
Customers are entitled to free revisions for 7 days once a project reaches the “Awaiting Finalisation” stage.
After 7 days, revisions may be subject to an additional fee, confirmed before work continues.

Chargebacks and Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving a product or after work has started is a violation of our Terms of Service.
Any chargeback or dispute will result in:

• Permanent ban from our services and Discord server

• Termination of current and future projects

• A formal report to PTD (Protect The Developers), a community used by FiveM developers to blacklist leakers and abusers across servers

Payment Terms
All payments must be made through Mark’s Modifications website in GBP (£ – Great British Pound).
Payments made in another currency will be auto-converted to GBP, and totals may be slightly higher to cover exchange rates.
PayPal is available only if specifically requested in your support ticket.
