Agreement to Terms

By engaging in a service provided by "Mark Modifications" on Discord, you are entering into a binding agreement, and you thereby consent to abide by the following terms of service. These terms encompass all relevant laws and regulations, and by using our services or platforms, you acknowledge your responsibility for complying with any pertinent local laws. If you do not concur with any of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using or accessing our services.

Commissions

When you commission a service from us, you retain the option to resell the work upon prior discussion via a support ticket. However, we reserve the right to incorporate liveries into a pack, unless you expressly request otherwise for your unique commission. Open a support ticket to address such preferences.

Respectful Conduct

We require all interactions with our developers to be conducted in a respectful and professional manner. Any form of disrespect or offensive behavior towards our developers will result in an immediate ban. If you find any issues with the liveries, you are encouraged to bring it to our attention, and we will rectify it; however, we expect all communication to maintain a respectful tone.

Refunds

Our services are exclusively digital and, as such, are non-refundable once work has commenced. Work is considered to have begun when a project, defined as involving more than one object, livery, vehicle, logo, patch, or EUP, has been initiated.

Payment Method

Transactions with "Mark's Modifications" are exclusively processed through Stripe/PayPal .Any other payment methods will be declined and refunded. All payments must be made in Pounds currency.

Intellectual Property and Unauthorized Use

Any unauthorized actions, such as ripping, leaking, or editing the products of your commission or packs without our express permission, will result in a formal report (PTD report) and a ban from our server.
